The Wabeno Area School District board met in closed session from 7:13 P.M. to 7:42 P.M. "Motion by Penny McLaughlin seconded by Jason Boor to go into closed session at 7:13 P.M. Pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1) (c) (e) and (f). Roll call vote: Dan Christianson, yes; Trinity Shepard, yes; Dawn Jakubiec, yes; Emy Belland, yes; Carlton Stealer, yes; Jason Boor, yes; and Peggy McLaughlin, yes. Carried 7 to 0," the record shows. The stated purposes were the district administrator evaluation and the review of employee exit interview reports conducted by a third‑party agency per board policy 3141.
