At 7:13 P.M. the board moved into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c),(e),(f) to conduct the District Administrator evaluation and to discuss employee exit interview reports conducted by a third‑party agency as requested under board policy 3141. The motion to enter closed session was made and carried by roll call; the transcript records individual roll‑call votes.
