The Morrow County Capital Improvement Plan Advisory Committee met on Sept. 17 to kick off its next CIP cycle, review the adopted five-year plan and assign tasks for departmental outreach and engineering estimates. Chair opened the meeting, outlined the agenda and said the group would coordinate with county departments and outside engineers to firm up cost estimates and project timing.
