Board approves study to reclassify portion of Alicia Bustle drain for reconstruction

County staff told the Drainage Board that a wooded section of the Alicia Bustle drain was clogged with mud and roots and currently classified for maintenance; staff recommended reclassifying the arm as reconstruction to allow replacement of tile through or around the woods.
