Village approves Delta 3 WWTF facility plan updates and $500,000 contingency line
The Village of Bagley approved updated contract language for the Delta 3 Wastewater Treatment Facility upgrade (Projects #5058-03 / 4401-5), agreed project timing (start by July 1; complete by second week of November) and authorized a $500,000 line of credit as contingency.

Jordan with engineering firm Delta 3 presented the Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) upgrade facility plan and a project update for Projects #5058-03 and 4401-5. The presentation noted the construction must begin by July 1, 2026, and be completed by the second week in November 2026. Mike Mezera moved to approve updated contract verbiage for the project; Louise Ketterer seconded and the Board unanimously approved.
