Representatives from Apex Clean Energy / Boilermaker Solar attended the Aug. 11 Henry County Planning & Development Committee meeting to discuss special-use permit 26-08, a Commercial Solar Energy System (CSES) application for parcels 25-08-200-007 and 25-08-200-009 near Kewanee. Development Manager Sido Shira said she was present "for any questions they may have about the proposed Boilermaker solar project on the edge of Kewanee."
