At its Aug. 11 meeting, the Henry County Planning & Development Committee approved map amendment 26-06, requested by Steven Bartz, to rezone one acre of tax parcel #06-19-200-014 from B-1/AG-1 to allow a residential lot and new home construction. Marshall Jones made the motion to approve and Lynn Sutton seconded; the committee voted in favor and the motion carried.
