Mary Rumbaugh, director of health, housing and human services, told the board the Housing Authority seeks approval to advance financing documents for the first affordable homeownership opportunity at Hillside Park in Milwaukee. "We are here today to provide an exciting update about a housing authority home ownership development and to request the board's approval to advance financing documents related to the 1st affordable homeownership opportunity at Hillside Park in Milwaukee," Rumbaugh said.
