Catherine Fitzgerald of Alloy Development summarized the Tax Incentive Review Council's review of enterprise zone and CRA agreements and recommended actions for several projects. She said enterprise zone goals overall were exceeded while some CRA goals fell short, and listed agreements recommended to be continued, expired, modified or rescinded. "Part of it did land again in Springdale," she said of Givaudan, "but the project in Redding is not going forward."
