APC sets $40 minimum fee and adds outside-review cost language to permit schedule
The commission approved an amendment imposing a $40 minimum for low-dollar items in Appendix A and added language to require applicants to pay "plus actual outside technical review cost" for modifications when external review is necessary.

As part of its review of Appendix A, the commission approved a motion by Commissioner Ed Hartman to set a floor so any fee below $40 (prior to section U) would be changed to $40. The amendment was seconded and adopted after roll call.
