Supervisor Dawn Vogel proposed a schedule change for the county's second-shift custodian, Ben Bigler, asking that his hours be moved from 12:30 p.m.–8:30 p.m. to 11:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. The board discussed the proposal and approved the change, with a motion by John Kurtz and a second by Keith Wieland.
