Public Works staff said the South Main Street and Soda Bay Road corridor improvement project has been in planning for decades and that final design is nearly complete. Project staff noted the county and City of Lakeport will coordinate waterline work and other shared infrastructure elements; the project has a funding deadline requiring a contract award by the end of December.
