The Colville City Council approved amendments to the River's Edge storage project's site plan, subdivision plat and development agreement, permitting an additional storage building while removing two commercial lots because private water pressure could not meet the fire district's required flow.

The Colville City Council voted to approve the River's Edge storage facility amended site plan, subdivision plat and development agreement for River's Edge Subdivision lots. Don, the city's development director, told the council the applicant is proposing one additional storage building, elimination of two commercial lots and reductions in the originally planned commercial square footage after the planning commission forwarded findings recommending approval.
