Deputy Mayor Conrad Phillips sponsored two related resolutions Feb. 20: Resolution No. 13 authorizing requests for proposals under the New York Main Street technical assistance grant and Resolution No. 14 authorizing requests for proposals to create a shared comprehensive plan between Nelliston and Palatine Bridge under the NYS Smart Growth program. The board approved both unanimously.
