Neighbors at the hearing voiced concerns that the proposed two-car garage and house at 30 Anchor Terrace could look out of line with existing homes and might affect drainage. "It's really the only concern I think we have is... is it gonna look right on the street?" said Monica Gardino, who said most houses on the street do not have two-car garages.
