During public comment on Feb. 3 a Zoom participant identified only as Samantha reported that a proposed Lexington hotel is undergoing a feasibility study and indicated the project appears to have support from the Catskill Watershed Corporation (CWC) and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC).
