Mayor Richard Harley reported that Town Clerk Lewis received a letter from an entity described in the minutes as "Starbridge File Base" requesting all purchase orders and/or payment records for non-person/vendor entities — for example, companies, organizations or contractors — covering the period from January 1, 2025 to the present. Mayor Harley characterized the request as "extremely specific and time-consuming," and said the town attorney drafted a response seeking clarification of the records required.
