James Duff, representing Veterans Services, asked the board to approve a Memorandum of Understanding with Tyler Technologies. Commissioner Jan Lang moved to approve signing the MOU; Commissioner Lavon Heidemann seconded the motion, and the board recorded a unanimous vote in favor.
