The Pawnee County Board of Commissioners reviewed and approved an Interlocal Agreement for a Four County Juvenile Diversion program on Sept. 29. Commissioner Jan Lang moved to approve the agreement, Commissioner Lavon Heidemann seconded, and the board recorded unanimous approval.
