During the subdivision and land‑development portion of the June 8 meeting, the West Earl Board approved several financial‑security releases and time extensions for local projects. The Board voted to release $132,555 in security for AB Martin (Forney Estates), leaving a balance of $557,942.05; to release $6,025.25 for Agriteer; and to approve a reduction of $36,706 for the Nate Stoltzfus project after adding the item to the agenda. The motions were recorded as approved unanimously.
