Multiple callers at the April 7 meeting raised the continued operation and alleged relicensing of Fortress Oak Ridge, a facility at 9680 Oak Ridge Avenue. Christie Burkel said the board voted in January not to renew the facility’s license but that the facility “is still operating” and “still harvesting,” and asked how a city planner could issue a temporary license that appears to override the board’s unanimous vote.
