The court reviewed a line in the proposed budget that covers a payment to Wilson County for a DPS secretary who handles crash reports and other DPS paperwork for Karnes County. Judge Rosales said Sergeant Biggins requested the service be removed from Karnes County's budget, and that the department head presented that as a budget request; Judge Rosales said he presented the request to the court accordingly.
