The board spent an extended portion of the meeting reviewing the village building-permit fee schedule against the village code. A staff reviewer noted that village code exempts one-story detached storage sheds with gross floor area not exceeding 144 square feet, but the fee schedule currently lists a storage-shed permit for units "up to 400 square feet" with a $75 fee.
