The council held an initial hearing on a modification to a community maintenance district (CMD) for Autumn Leaf Estates. Director of Public Engineering Mr. Adubani explained the second phase of the subdivision will reduce the number of lots by one and the CMD amendment primarily redistributes maintenance costs among 67 units rather than 68.
