Board adopts Fidelity SIMPLE IRA resolution, approves salary and retroactive-pay changes
The board authorized the Executive Director to establish a Fidelity SIMPLE IRA plan, approved budget increases to cover IRA obligations and a new part-time AR position (vote passed with one Nay), and approved retroactive compensation for two full-time employees with a roll-call vote that recorded two Nays.

At the July 21 meeting, the Presque Isle Harbor Association Board authorized the Executive Director to establish a Fidelity SIMPLE IRA plan and adopt the attached corporate resolution. Carrie Morrison moved the authorization; Dave Larkin seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
