Decatur County commissioners voted to buy four triaxle dump trucks from International after receiving two firm bids and reviewing delivery and payment timing. The board agreed to pay for two trucks from this year's funds and defer payment for two to next year, allowing the county to order all four now and manage invoicing across fiscal years.
