The City Council approved on third reading an amendment to Chapter 157 (setbacks and height encroachments) by a 7-2 roll call; Councilors Zadeh and Pedri voted no.

On third reading Feb. 17, the Rock Springs City Council adopted an ordinance amending Chapter 157 of city ordinances governing setback and height encroachments in inside and rear yards. Councilor Hickerson moved the ordinance and the council proceeded to a roll-call vote.
