Township Manager reported that the NCC administration wing painting is approximately 95% complete and that flooring installation is expected within two weeks; major construction for the administration wing is noted as finished and punch‑list items remain. The board also authorized the township manager to sign a Right‑of‑Way agreement with Blue Ridge Cable to provide cables to the maintenance building at Mountain View Park. The Right‑of‑Way authorization was approved on a motion by Chair R. Wielebinski, seconded by Commissioner Mike Velardi.
