Board allocates $2.45M in surplus to fully fund Corrections, Sheriff and Transit divisions
Fiscal Officer Becki King recommended and the board approved allocating $1,266,223 to Corrections, $1,189,481 to the Sheriff/Deputies division, and using $566,085 from Transit savings to fully fund the Transit Division, leaving two divisions fully funded ahead of the FY2027 budget.
