Star Valley Ranch holds public hearing on Mountain Estates annexation; council accepts board recommendations

The Star Valley Ranch town council opened a public hearing at 5:16 p.m. to gather public comment on the Mountain Estates annexation and to formally receive recommendations from the planning commission and water utility board. Mayor Rock said the meeting’s purpose was solely “to receive public comments and determine if the annexation complies with the provisions outlined in 15 1 4 0 2.”
