Staff proposed commissioning a beach-management due-diligence study to pursue state and possibly Army Corps funding for portions of the town beach already designated by the state as critically eroded (lots 1–10). The manager said she has received a proposal "around 55,000 to do that" and added a separate request of roughly $16,000 to help write coastal-resilience grants.
