David Carmel, participating by Zoom, warned the Covington City Council about reported problems associated with EZ (Easy) Fiber's build-out in other communities, including alleged water-main and gas-line strikes and property damage during underground work. Carmel said residents in other jurisdictions have reported poor communication, cleanup failures and failures to restore landscaping following installation.
