Commissioners moved to fill an unexpired Industrial Development Authority (IDA) District 2 seat and approved the appointment of Sean Lennon. A commissioner explained the appointment was being made by a fellow commissioner in the interim to ensure representation and that the appointee would serve the remainder of the term.
