The Borough of Union City posted a public hearing for Aug. 11, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at First Global Methodist Church to receive public comment on proposed codification of its zoning regulations. The clerk posted: "CODIFICATION, WHICH INCLUDES ZONING ORDINANCE #1118. THE CODIFICATION WILL PROVIDE FOR THE REPEAL OF CERTAIN LEGISLATION NOT INCLUDED THERE IN; TO SAVE FROM REPEAL CERTAIN OTHER LEGISLATION NOT INCLUDED THEREIN; AND TO PROVIDE PENALTIES FOR TAMPERING WITH THE CODE."
