Dallas County EMS reports full roster, passes CMS audit and outlines billing issues
Dallas County EMS said it is now fully staffed, reported achieving 100% on a recent CMS targeted probe-and-educate audit after corrective work, and reviewed training and billing transitions as it closes out work with EMSMC and consolidates billing with PCC.

Kristen Brady, representing Dallas County EMS, told the board the EMS roster is fully staffed and the department recently filled its last full-time position with a paramedic who has been a part-time EMT. "We are fully rostered," Brady said, noting the new full-time hire will start Thursday.
