Michelle Wise, Saline County emergency management director, updated commissioners on July–September emergency operations and recovery. She said the county had two presidential disaster declarations for an April hailstorm and a June windstorm; applicant briefings with KDEM have been held and the Small Business Administration opened an assistance center to support business disaster applications through Oct. 15.
