County staff urged the Saline County Board of County Commissioners to approve a master fleet lease with Marshall Motors and authorize the county administrator to execute individual lease orders within a commission‑approved budget. County Administrator Matt Stiles said the arrangement would streamline ordering and recommended the board approve a governing master lease pending review by the county counselor and Marshall Motors’ legal counsel.
