The Columbia City Plan Commission on Sept. 14 approved America’s Home Place’s plan to build two model homes at 1010 Depoy Drive, imposing ten conditions — including Drainage Board approval for a legal drain easement encroachment and a 5-foot sidewalk — in a 9-0 vote.
