The county Land & Water director (Speaker 4) outlined the DNR tree-sale program: county bulk orders must meet a 300-tree minimum through the DNR program, though neighboring counties can offer smaller 25-tree increments. "It's 300 minimum. You have to buy 300 trees minimum. Through our program," the director said, and staff offered to circulate order forms and outreach materials.
