The Culpeper County Board of Supervisors on Oct. 6 adopted a resolution recognizing Finley Christensen, a student at Culpeper Middle School and a Jeffersonton resident, for quick thinking that led to emergency responders being dispatched when her mother experienced a medical emergency.
