The Dalhart City Council approved Resolution 2026-07 on March 23 to designate the city's downtown district for a Texas Department of Agriculture downtown revitalization application, with PRPC authorized to apply on the city's behalf. The presenter said the city had applied with PRPC in prior cycles and that the program had funded past projects.
