Lone Tree received a presentation from Johnson County representatives about a pilot program offering financial support for city-initiated attainable housing projects. The county said support would be provided as low-interest, no-interest and/or forgivable loans available only to the small cities of Hills, Lone Tree, Oxford, Shueyville, Solon and Swisher.
