The Winterset City Council voted to enter closed session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(c). Council Member Christopher Fairholm moved to enter closed session, Council Member Michael Eller seconded, and on roll call all members voted Aye; the council entered closed session at 7:22 p.m.
