Planning staff presented a preliminary plat application by Sierra Land Surveying on behalf of Valveson Cranes and Crimson Crane Repair to subdivide a 1.173‑acre tract on Younger Road into one lot for entitlement and certificate of occupancy purposes. Planner Madeline Mahak told the commission the property is within the Technology Park District and staff recommended approval with conditions.
