Commission backs OutKick Investments plan for apartment development on Occidental Parkway

Staff presented a PD rezoning request by Citadel Construction on behalf of OutKick Investments Partners LLC for a multifamily housing development at 1201 Occidental Parkway. Senior planner Pietrus Casas said the request is compatible with the Tall City comprehensive plan and that no objections were received.
