Commissioners pick NetOne PBM for 2027; agree to voluntary infusion program and real‑time data feed
After reviewing proposals, the board selected NetOne as the county PBM for 2027 on a one‑year contract. Commissioners also directed staff to run a voluntary J‑code infusion (quantified) program in 2027, set up a data feed from the TPA to the vendor, and revisit a mandatory approach in 2028.

Benefit consultants presented two PBM proposals and walked commissioners through estimated savings, guarantees and operational implications. The consultants said the larger savings projections represented an "all‑in" theoretical maximum, while guaranteed minimums were more conservative.
