Phil Wheeler of Rosemar Lane Surveillance Engineering appeared on behalf of property owner Deborah Susan Arthur and described a two‑lot subdivision for a 5.9‑acre parcel along Sunset Drive. Wheeler said the city planning commission had approved the plat and asked the county to accept the dedication of standard right‑of‑way and utility easements for the county road.
