Stefano, who had installed three vintage-style, three‑head lampposts in planters, told the board he believed the style he purchased was appropriate but acknowledged he had not completed the AHRB approval process. “I wanna apologize because I was like, I don't know why for some reason I wasn't thinking that this style of lamps that was approved,” Stefano said during the hearing.
