Councilmember Steve Kinyon asked the city clerk whether the sewer rate study had been completed. The clerk, Kayla Lacina, said the city was still compiling requested information and that the materials will be provided to the Iowa Rural Water Association; the clerk said the association is expected to send a report to the city with an estimated completion date of July 2026.
