Committee votes to exit executive session; roll call recorded
The Chair moved to end executive session; Tom seconded and a roll call found Torres, Wiedemann, Mullins, Aubrey, Wright and Miller each saying 'Aye.' The motion to come out of executive session passed.

At the start of the meeting the Chair announced that the committee would come out of executive session; the motion was seconded by Tom and carried on a roll call. The Chair opened the roll call by naming members, and each was recorded as saying "Aye," after which the Chair declared the motion passed.
